We collect only the information necessary to provide our settlement facilitation service. This includes basic account information (like your name and email) and information about the settlements you create or participate in.
We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment information goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers.
Your settlement parameters are kept strictly confidential. The other party never sees your specific numbers unless a settlement is reached. Our system only reveals whether a settlement is possible - not what each party entered.
